Firstly we would like to thank everyone for sending in updates to us, thereby helping us to keep Cycleweb.co.uk as up to date as possible.

Due to the large numbers of updates now being sent to us on a daily basis, we are asking if you would kindly include the following information (plus any other information which may assist us) to enable us to complete the update as quickly and accurately as possible.

1. If adding to, or amending a listing, please can you include in your email the page on which the addition/amendment is relating to (e.g. amendment to Bedfordshire cycle shops page).

2. Please confirm the exact name of the organisation (this is particularly important with cycle shops, where there may be several shops with the same or similar names), and also an address if needed.

3. Please could you state whether you are part of the organisation that you are sending an update about, or are just sending the information in as a helpful visitor.

4. If possible, please could you check the relevant page at a later date to confirm that the update has been made with the correct information (and advise us if any errors or omissions).

Please note that updates may now take up to several weeks to put onto Cycleweb.co.uk, depending on the volume at any one time.
