Set up in 1980 by the legendary Eddy Merckx, Eddy Merckx Bicycles are based in Sint-Brixius-Rode, about 15km north east of Brussels. Eddy Merckx, himself arguably the greatest cycling athlete of all time, has also provided racing bikes for World
Champions, winners of major National Tours, and all
of the main "Monuments" of the sport.
