Dave Mellor Cycles

One of the largest shops in the Midlands with expert staff for all cycling activity from Childrens bikes, trailers and child seats through BMX, Downhill and X-Country racing, Road racing, Touring and anything else on two wheels.

We have a busy workshop run by international rider Richard Guppy with three workstations, we offer a free after sales service for all our new bikes and we are happy to service and repair all makes and types of bike. We are a service centre for Shimano and Rockshox.

We stock a large amount of cycling clothing for all cycling activity and would recommend always wearing a helmet of which we have a large range.

Ths shop was started in 1985 by Great Britain International and Womens Tour de France rider Melanie Grivell and partner Dave Mellor. Melanie is now retired from racing and is busy with three children. Dave manages Great Britain Elite cyclists at World Championship, Commonwealth Games and Olympics.

Shop opening times are 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Saturday (Open Sundays in December).
